Data Center Logistics

Led a program to solve logistical challenges with shipping and receiving Data Center hardware and software for the largest Cloud Service Provider. Facilitated workshops with 35 different departments to develop an end-to-end processes and ensure that all legal, safety, and customs requirements were met. Utilized Salesforce to manage the shipping process which integrated with homegrown tools and the largest logistics companies around the world. Annual net saving were $100 million dollars.

Contract Lifecycle Management

Our team has led and built multiple Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) for Fortune 100 companies. We’ve deployed all top rate CLMs like Conga, Apttus, Ironclad, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, and Agiloft. Our team has functional contracting knowledge in addition to system configuration knowledge. Over $50 million in total savings.

Knowledge Management

Evaluated company document storage and various policies as employees were challenged with finding and accessing information. Implemented Glean to crawl all company workspaces and tagged all documentation with metadata (e.g., created date, modified date, owner) to enable enforceable document updating/retention/archiving policies. Users could search all content/company workspaces from one central search tool. Provided reporting to leadership on traffic and outdated content. Improved employee satisfaction by 55% and improved documentation management by 20%

Incident Management

Evaluated existing Incident processes and tooling. Implemented a phased approach to solve reporting (e.g., TTD, TTR, SLAs), incident handling, on-call rotation, SEV criteria matrix, improved Slack bot, postmortem template, incident debriefs, and extensive training (videos, how-to guides, and table tops). Provided analysis of incident causes and root analysis to implement better developer hygiene and reduce incidents. Reduced incidents by 25% (no SEV0s in a year) and improved incident detection and remediation by 10% and 5%, respectively.

Mergers & Acquisitions Software migration

Led numerous projects to evaluate software and processes after a merger or acquisition. Created tiger teams to assess the existing processes and tooling. Wrote documentation to obtain leadership approval of the migration plan. Once the migration plan was approved, a WBS/project plan was built to track implementation milestones. Provide weekly status reports to leadership and facilitated meetings to resolve risks, roadblocks, and escalations. Deprecated 25+ duplicative tools and streamlined processes led to a work reduction of 38%.
